Positive: Great pool. Comfortable room. Negative: Why is there a barn door on the bathroom? A barn door that you can see through... and watch someone on the toilet and with a 2 inch gap under it so all the sounds and smells come out? Disgusting. Read more

Short & Sweet Version: BUGS IN THE ROOM (See Photos below), Breakfast was cold eggs, lacking potatoes & bacon, Spa/Hot Tub... broken, Computer Room - not even a room - it's an apple PC wedged in a gap around the front desk. Customer Service - Awful. Nowthat we got that out of the way - I'll go into more detail. If you look at my other reviews - then you'll see I like to go intoplaces with an open mind and experience all aspects of a place - giving them any benefits of doubt. Having seen the reviews - Ikept an open mind and chose SpringHill Suites because it looked promising. Arrived in the early evening after driving for awhile - was told that the hot tub was broken and that if I wanted - I could go to another hotel nearby and use theirs. (Fine, iget it. Things happen. No biggie) The lady running the front desk was not as warm and friendly - so maybe they were having abad day? Who knows - I don't care, I just want a clean room and a comfortable bed to sleep on. Got to our room and noticed thereare bugs flying around. Not sure where they were coming from - but that didn't bode well for our experience. (No one likesthings crawling or flying onto you when you sleep). The next morning went down around 8am and they were out of potatoes andwhile there was still plenty of time for breakfast - they weren't going to refill it. When asked about other meat choices likebacon - they said they don't have any. Okay, so I had eggs and turned out - they were cold and rubbery. (Mind you I paid almost$200 for this "experience". ) I went to the customer service desk and voiced my concerns, and displeasure and was hoping forsomeone to be empathetic to my experience, but instead got a "I'm sorry" in a tone that sounded more like "It must suck to beyou." They gave me an email address to mail the photos of these little bugs I showed them - but I have yet to hear back fromthem or anyone. While everyone's experience may vary - I unfortunately had the short end of the stick. Read more

Excellent clean rooms, great breakfast! Very satisfied! With 5 kids a pool and hot tub are a must. We were bummed that the hot... tub was broken, but the staff let us go to another Marriott hotel right next door to use hot tub pool. Super grateful forthat. Excellent friendly workers! Only complaint is the tvs are terrible!!! Can barely see pictures of what?s on. Time for anupgrade Marriott! Read more

Positive: Clean and new feeling. Negative: Not enough outlets in the room for everyone's phones and works devices. The bathroom... and shower doors are very pretty slide doors but privacy is not great with the frosted glass and they didn't lock. Also,heavy/hard to slide. Read more

Everything there is great. The rooms are clean. The property is clean. The breakfast was good. My only complaint? The bed. They... were hard as a rock, all they did was put a thin top bedding on it. It doesn't seem like they were newer. My back and hip hurtthe entire day. I had a 3-day stay. So, I resorted to using the pillows as an additional bedding topper. I lined them up in arow and put the sheet on top to keep them together. That did the trick. Read more
