Not sure why this place is getting a 3.1? Not our experience. Great included breakfasts. Full breakfast with many choices. We... were seated promtly for the 2 night stay we just had Nov. 2-4, 2022. My wife being in a walker they made & accomodated verynicely. Fisrt night had the beef filet mignon and was excellent. I mean one of the best Ive had our server Cheryl was 5 stars.With ambiance, pianno playing music, the excelling service and what we felt was great food. The evening was so relaxing wedecided to go again for a second dinner and no disappointments. Had the chicken second night. Didn't get a picture of my beefdinner. That was a large portion. The included breakfast are excellent as well. My wife really enjoyed the pancakes. Breakfastcomes out effeciently. Prices are high, dinner, lunch and the drinks even higher. We thought the chairs could use a little morecushion. No this is not a 3.1 restaruant. Certianly I'd say 4.5 to 4.8. Wouldn't mind a little more choice on the starters. Justsaying (escargo). We came here for the breakfast which was included with our stay and everything was delicious. Large portions with a variety of... drink selections. They have a good selection of breakfast including vegetarian and dairy alternatives. We also came for dinnerwhich was very enjoyable. The restaurant to visit when staying at the hotel, we?ve had breakfast and dinner here. All times we?ve been the place is clean,... the staff friendly, and food comes out at a reasonable time. I prefer breakfast because half the guests can show up in the robesprovided to hotel guests. Dinner is delicious, although portions are rather small. Read more

Cold and burnt food with zero regard for guest satisfaction. This was the most disappointing experience I ever had from a... restaurant. Even though it was advertised as 5 stars, from my experience, it was a flat zero. The food quality was low, steakscame overcooked and even burnt, but what?s more sad was the lack of guest service and integrity the restaurant manager, Chuck,had. The server couldn't understand burnt, or medium rare and simply told us she does not know what she can do, not even tryingto ask for the chef or showing it to him. When he finally came upon request, he was so mean and intimidating. I was with 2minority women and he did not let us speak. He came in saying "I can make the best steak and it still wont be to your likingit's just preference". But fact is he didnt and he did not apologize nor take ownership of how his staff had gotten all ourorders wrong. When we asked for no onions, we got extra crispy onions. When we asked for medium rare, we got fully cooked. Weeven had burnt potatoes. The kitchen tried to hide the burnt part by flipping it down with sauce. A beautiful resort reallydeserves a better restaurant manager. It was a pain to have him put his ego towards us, indicating that it is our perception thefood is bad. Like we didn't know good food. Pushing authority over us and saying he has been in the service industry for 30years. It was a mistake that could have been fixed; however, he was dismissive. We could not trust him or the kitchen to makeanother order for us. He made us feel like we were not worthy of his restaurant. He did not even want to listen to oursituation, instead kept asking us what solution we wanted. If you want edible food and at least decent service, I?d advise youto not bother with Peak Fine Restaurant. The manager, Chuck, certainly would not care for your business either. Read more
