Greeted nicely upon arrival and the food was delicious. Their lack of service and attention to detail was the main issue. 3... issues at this location. 1. For both the spicy chicken sandwiches we ordered, they didn't put a full leaf lettuce like at otherlocations. It was like they took 1 leaf and split it in half between the 2 sandwiches. 2. They also forgot to bring out ourOnion rings. I had to remind them to make it. Once they made it and brought it out, they apologized and said "we brought you amedium size instead". However, the medium size onion rings was what we originally paid for, so I'm not sure what they meant bythat. 3. They refused to give me a side of the spicy mayo sauce with the excuse, "I'm the manager, and I'm saying, we don'tgive it on the side" which doesn't make sense as I requested it when I initially ordered it and the person who took my ordersaid they would give it to me. I've always requested spicy mayo sauce on the side at other locations and received it without anyissues. The manager did not even offer to sell it. Overall, The reason I'm giving a 3-star review is because over a total ofperhaps $1-$2, they were stingy, and had lack of attention to detail when crafting the burgers as well as when providingservice. A+! Finally a great chicken place! The chicken is flavorful without being salty and is real white meat. Have only used drive... thru and the staff are so friendly and very customer service oriented. 5 stars for a fast food chicken joint, clean, quick service and the quality for a fast food place was excellent. We thoroughly... enjoyed the mashed potatoes and gravy probably their best item. Chicken is juicy chicken pieces are a more normal size comparedto the hummingbird sized pieces you get at that other chicken place. It's nice to see a new chicken chain in Canada now, putthe other competitor in their place. Please keep up the quality, don't let it lax over time. Read more
Popeyes has come to Vernon. I made this my last meat meal before going back to being vegetarian (I eat meat a little bit when... traveling outside of Canada). The woman behind the counter was nervous and socially awkward, but was trying her best. Sheclearly wanted to get the order right. I remember being that age when I first started working. Very friendly staff. Lots ofdrivers were coming through to pick up orders which surprised me because it was only noon. They are not frugal with handing outhot sauce and ketchup. This place is by far the cleanest of the three fried chicken places in town (KFC and Mary Browns beingthe other two). I saw the employees actively cleaning while I was there. I easily see this place being the most popular friedchicken place in Vernon. Highly recommend. Read more

Not sure what they did to the chicken but whatever the piece is laced with looks disgusting and grey and all through this piece... of meat, i wouldn?t even feed this to my dog!
