I have recently used app for easy pick up for a quick bite on my way to work. Order ahead with app and use the parking spot... right outside the door and run right in and out. I read some reviews about this location, but every experience I have had hasbeen positive with food quality and customer service. Read more
I called the store to ask a simply question about the rick and morty meal. Within 10 seconds of the phone call I was being... screamed at by the person on the phone. The worst part was not that he was irate but that he was intelligible so my question wasnot even answered. After his angry screaming the phone was hung up in less then 30 seconds. I just left the Wendy's. I had to pull up at the drive thru and have part of my order given to me which was fine. As I drove off... and got to my destination I saw that there was no ketchup for my fries and no napkins. What is wrong with these fast foodworkers. No one ever gives napkins unless I ask for them. On numerous occasions I experience invalid or nonexistent items and then when I go to inquire about them they treat me as if I'm... the thief, they say we've already made that or we've already handed that out and I haven't even picked up my order yet so howhave they given out my order, and you know you pay $16 for a meal, you expect to get what you pay for, not 50% of what you payfor and drive 20 minutes home open your bag to find out oh it's not even what you Ordered, your employees are so worried aboutloss prevention they're not worried about the loss of the customers.
