Ordered a chick fil a deluxe meal with Colby jack no pickles. The girl taking the order rang it up with American cheese and then... to add extra Colby jack on it. Usually when I go to Chick-fil-A the food is really good but this location I?ve been to a few times and almost every time they... messed up my order. This time they weren?t really busy so I don?t know how they messed it up and I just don?t even bother goingback to get it fixed because it?s too much of a hassle and I think won?t ever come back to this one. Always very fast and efficient service. The only part that is upsetting is they won't do the cool wrap with spicy fried chicken... anymore. I even offered to pay extra.... I had been getting that for almost 20 years and it was my absolute favorite but theywon't do it anymore. They said the only way was for me to buy both sandwiches and assemble at home. I think that's kind ofridiculous. Even management said no....they said corporate said they can't do it anymore which just isn't smart business.... Ifit's that much of an issue just create an upcharge option for it instead of telling the customer flat out "no." Read more
Like their food and their service is always very good. The only thing I would change is wish their kids play area would open... back up and the biggest thing is I would like to be able to pull up and actually look at the menu to order. I think Chick fil aassumes you know exactly what you want when you pull up and sometimes you need time to look at the menu then order. It can be alittle difficult having a person standing out there waiting for you to order instantly. It?s a great location though and veryconvenient. Read more

The most efficient fast food establishment on earth. Lines of cars around the block but it takes about 10 minutes waiting in... line before you actually get your food...and the quality of food is great. Over 30 employees working there...and each was verycourteous. Update: I don't know where they find their employees but they are incredible.
