This place is a cross contamination nightmare and a mess. See the photos included. I absolutely love chipotle and I have been to... countless locations across the Southeastern United States. I have never been to a store so disorganized and messy. They were outof several items. And food items thrown across the serving station. It?s obvious they staff that prepares the food items is in ahurry and careless. Will definitely not be back. Where is the management at this store?!?!? Disappointing.. Read more
The place was dirty and trash cans overflowing. Restroom wasn't any better. Food was ok and staff was nice. The place seems to... be going down hill. Worse every time I come in and it's been months since my last visit. Seems like they may be due for anothershut down for food safety training like they did a few years ago. I love chipotle , always very filling. I ordered the combo of barbocca and chx . Never disappoints. Service with a smile.
I continue giving this location chance after chance because it?s close to home and I like Chipotle, but they almost always skimp... us on portions when we order online pickup. I?ve started ordering extra toppings just so I can get a normal amount of thetopping, and usually I still don?t even get even the ?normal? amount. My husband likes to get extra protein (double chickentypically), and he rarely gets it. For the $3 extra that costs, that should not be skimped at the minimum. Customer serviceonline is always helpful when we bring up our concerns, but we really shouldn?t have to contact them every time we eat here.This location is typically out of something (yesterday, was large cups and they did not offer to refund us the difference). Thetables inside are usually dirty. I usually don?t get skimped on food whenever I order inside, but sometimes I don?t have theluxury of time to wait.
