I come to this Dunkin' Donuts mostly every morning and sometimes in the afternoons I do mobile orders and sometimes I do walk in... orders I came this morning and it was so packed I felt so sorry for these girls there was two girls one I think her name wasCece that's on her name tag and the other girl I couldn't catch her name young black girl very beautiful they were so patientwith the other customers how they was being treated it's hard to find good employees like that and how the customers weretalking to them there was one customer who had a mobile order and her food wasn't there and she was acting like the other girlwas getting an attitude with her and she wasn't she was being patient with her and just asking her to please wait and she wouldget her food but I love this Dunkin I've never had a problem with this Dunkin yes the employees come and go but there's onesthat are there now are very respectful and have patience and I know their manager Nikki she has a lot of patience it's like shenever has a day off but I just feel like you guys need to know this Read more

Arrived today at 11:40am 10/26 I ordered a medium ice coffee and a coffee cake muffin warmed up. I pull up to the window to pay... for my order that has taken 10mins already, never complained about the wait time for just two item's. The woman in the windowhands me my drink and muffin. Before I pulled off I couldn?t help but notice the burnt smell coming from the bag, I tell the thecashier about it politely and she begins to argue that ?oh it?s like that because you asked us to warm it up? I say no I orderthis all the time and it is not burnt. (She thinks a burnt muffin is ok??) she grabs the bag back and slams the window closedand throws a hissy fit to her coworker about the situation as if I cannot hear her. Totally uncalled for and unnecessary. Whywould you hand somebody burnt food that obviously smells and looks burnt. All she had to do was apologize and replace the muffinthat is ready for order.
