The Thai chicken wrap was tasty and generous. The Blueberry bliss smoothie was watered down so much it had almost no flavor.... Total disappointment and waste of money. Even saw her adding water... Tropical smoothie cafe in Vero Beach on 20th street was not a great experience yesterday for me and the family and there was no... manager on site to even address our issues let alone refund us for charging us for an extra smoothie. It didn?t seem like therehad been proper training with the employees considering the customer service either. After all said and done there was no oneavailable to do anything. I feel like the management should be trained better as well because the employees had no direction howto fix it. I would just like someone to give me back what I was charged extra for. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Just over $50 and out of 4 meals ordered every single one of them were wrong. Items... requested not to be added were on there - so much sauce or dressing on the sandwiches that one was not even edible. Finally whenthe last meal came out wrong I asked for them to fix it just for the girl to literally pick the food out of the bowl and hand itback to me, handed us rotten bananas.
