My family and I went here after a restaurant we wanted to go to was packed. Right away the main waitress we had was callous at... best. She would get annoyed with my elderly grandpa for taking longer than she thought he should to order. When we got our food,my steak was undercooked and the Buffalo dip my fiancé got was cold (the bowl was hot though?). Also the waitress took foreverto check on the table and we had to quickly try and ask for stuff while she was passing (sauce, straws,) and then you had noclue if you were getting it or not because she would not acknowledge us when we said anything half the time. Seriously, we wouldsay thank you, and nothing, ask for another drink, nothing. The only redeeming part of the dinner was the wings and the Greeter.They were pretty good. I got there when they opened at 4:00, so there were very few people there. I was seated by the host( I was by myself, I was in... the area on business). The server, Wendy, holy smoke, she should run professional development on how to be the best server! Ialready knew what I wanted because I looked at the menu before going there. I ordered the BBQ chicken flat bread and chickenwing Mac and cheese. She immediately asked if I wanted the flatbread as an appetizer. She beat me to it? yes please. From thetime I ordered, the flatbread was out in 10-12 minutes then the Mac and cheese was another 10-12 minutes. (Keep in mind this was4:30 before it got busy) she told me the ranch dipping sauce was made on-site. It was really good. I overheard conversationsbetween patrons and the staff. It sounded like there were some regulars. That?s always a good sign. If I was in the area again,the food was good that I would not pass it by!
