We love Icki Sticki! Great owners and great products. I always get the sausage, egg croissant but with egg whites only (before... they added it to the menu) and they were more than happy to accommodate me. The coffee drinks are great- better than Starbucksin my opinion. The ice cream is always fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend Icki Sticki! Read more
My family loves every Icki Sticki location there is! We have a few dietary restrictions and find Icki Sticki still gives us... dozens of options for sweet treats and coffee! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, if they don?t have an answer forme, they search until they can get it (dietary wise). The owners are beyond friendly and take the time to get to know theirrepeat customers :) I can?t recommend Icki Sticki enough! Yum! Read more
"Icki" is right-- I don't recommend coming here at all until a few changes have been made. I would be shocked if there were not... any health code violations. Workers scooped out ice cream without gloves on, touching it repeatedly with their bare hands,wrists, and arms. I did not observe staff washing hands at any time, even between tasks, touching countertops, themselves, orcustomers. A single pair of tongs was used for all toppings and was kept out DIRECTLY on the countertops. The tongs were notreplaced or sanitized at any time during our visit. We watched as several orders had their toppings roll off of the ice cream,right back into their storage containers. You could see melted ice cream gunk sticking some of the toppings together in thebins. Gross. Furthermore, the shop was noticeably understaffed with only 3 employees running frantically between cooking foodin the kitchen, getting frozen treats, making coffee/boba/etc., and manning the drive thru at their busiest hour. The shop wasso full of people that you couldn't so much as turn your body without bumping into someone. The staff and customers were allvisibly stressed. I feel horrible for the staff. Whoever runs this business isn't, at this time, doing enough to ensure a safeand comfortable working environment. Nor customer experience. tl;dr - If you have any allergies or dietary needs, this is NOTthe place for you. If you're concerned about even the most basic sanitization, social distancing, and/or food handlingprocedures, this is NOT the place. I had the taro boba tea and it's been a staple metric for me to judge a sweet shop. Unfortunately it's probably the worst I've... had. It was a completely different color than real boba tea from NYC or SF. I took a sip and the syrup flavor almost made mepuke. I had to throw it out right away. Definitely not worth the $5 spent on it. Caveat: they did say flavor syrup and not realboba tea. However, they do have a large number of ice cream flavor. I'll try it next time and if it impresses, I will update myreview. Read more

I'm not much of a coffee drinker but my kids love Icki Sticki for their ice cream options and the fact that they carry cotton... candy all year round. My eldest son and I recently stopped at the new Verona location at 8:30 am. We were pleasantly surprisedto see the staff cleaning that early in the morning and following OSHA rules. The new location in Verona is much improved overthe old as parking is plentiful and it has a drive up. Read more
