I go every week to vestal Dunkin with my friend who has challenges. We were treated so rudely today. The only way to order was... at a tablet. I totally understand the employee shortage. I just had a few questions. Like I couldn?t find ice tea and what ifyou want to pay cash which is how my friend pays so she can learn money. The employee could not be bothered. We were the onlyinside customers. If she was just kind about it I could live with the inconvenience. Needless to say will not be back. Read more

This is the 3rd time employee Sam is rude waiting at the counter waiting to order she acts like its inconvenient that u want to... order so she ignores you and acts like she's to busy to say Hi ill be right with you! 3 times she has made me wait at least10min this time I just left.
