The service I received about my order was very unprofessional as the manager was not clear about my complaints about the batter... dipped. The food was hot and delicious. I rated them a 3 star because on the menu board the catfish meal is $10.99 with 3 sides. I get... my total and it was $14. So I was trying to figure out how did it go from 10.99 to 14 with tax. I get my receipt and theycharged me $.50 for the 2 sides. This meal didn't come with a drink either. The young lady tells me the price went up on themeal. I can understand that, but why not change the price on the menu board or state that as the customer is ordering. If themeal comes with 3 sides, why charge for the other 2 sides. She couldn't tell me what the actual price of the meal was or thedifference in the inflation. Read more
This was a very happy experience! I went to this Captain D's to bring an early dinner surprise for someone who has greatly... missed having the lobster roll meal deal. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating to my order, as the lobster roll mealisn't listed on the menu. There was a line in the drive thru; yet, my wait went so fast, as if time stood for but a moment. Thefood was hot, fresh, and boxed perfectly.
