This little Bistro was absolutely fantastic in all regards. Although, we waited 45 minutes to eat due to supply and demand... issues, it was definitely worth the wait once the food came out. The servings are huge, prices are reasonable, and the qualityand taste was phenomenal. The Bistro was very clean and the staff was amazing, especially Tatum. Watching her run the register,taking orders, cleaning tables, and serving food, she always had a smile on her face and had a phenomenal attitude. Even whencustomers were not very patient or friendly. Tatum is one of those workers that every small business owner needs and deserves,especially with the troubled economy. We ordered the churro waffle with dulce de leche syrup and it was really delicious!
The food is so good we may just book another weekend getaway to just hit this hidden gem again. Forget about Tex-Mex, the food... here is amazing and will make your trip memorable. Wow! We stayed at the Teton Valley Resort. On 3/25... We had breakfast before heading back home and the lady that make our... coffee made it so good and look at that leaf (see pic). Good job, not alot of people can do that!????????. Then we got our foodand it was very good. The muffin was soft and lots of blueberries. My bagel was cooked perfect not to crunchy. Everything wasclean and fresh. I would definitely eat here again. Read more
