I decided to pop into the Victor store for a quick dinner. It wasn?t a good experience. There was a line because the workers... were soo slow, like really casual. I got the gluten-free crust (which is thin but is a 50% up charge over the thin crust) withveggies & vegan cheese. The guy put on so few toppings & cheese that I was thinking he must be intending to go back & add morein layers but no. I finally asked if he could add more toppings & cheese which he did but it was still scant. Between that & thetaste of the crust it really reminded me of a cheap frozen pizza which would have been 1/4 of the cost. Read more
Great staff, better than the Henrietta location. Always spreading toppings evenly, not sloppy like the Henrietta... employees. Very delicious pizza as well! I always tip the employees 50% because obviously they aren't paid enough since they'realways short on staff. Shame on corporate for not paying them a living wage! Read more

I have been craving pizza and I didn?t want a chain restaurant. The locals recommended this place. When you order you can get... your desired size with any toppings you want on it. This is a great concept! The employee?s were super nice and walked methrough how to order. I got a few toppings with extra marinara. It took maybe 8 minutes for my pizza to be done. It was so freshand fluffy. The dough had amazing flavor. It complimented the marinara and cheese quite well. I got the personal size. Which isa rectangle shape. Straight to the point, pizza was undercooked or something was not quite right because both my wife and I got sick after eating... it. Never happened before with pizza. Stomach churning food aside, the service was also pretty atrocious. It's not uncommon tosee unmotivated workers in restaurants, but the guy and two girls working at pie craft tonight (12/4) saw those workers and saidhold my beer... At every point, subtle hints of "please hurry up and order and leave oozed from their demeanor. I made aice-breaking joke to the guy working and I kid you not he just stared at me without saying anything or making any facialexpression. It was kind of comical. Thought it might have been a one-off but the girl who checked us out had the exact sametone. I've never been at a restaurant where I thought "did I do something wrong?" Either way, not worth getting sick over, andnot worth being around that negativity. I would recommend avoiding this place and eating just about anywhere else within a 10mile radius. Read more
