Menu for Hotel Grand Pacific in Victoria, BC

I used stayed at the Empress for so many years roughly about 4ish years ago I decided to try something new so I checked out... Hotel Grand Pacific. Turn out I love it so much better than the Empress! The Hotel Grand Pacific is now the place to stay when Im in Victoria. The reason why I like it much better than the Empress is rooms are more spacious and it has a balcony looking outat the harbor. If your room is to the east you will have a view of the harbor and the Empress. If your room is to the west thenyou will see the Black Ball ferry Terminal, the west side of the harbor, and the cascade. Their lobby is nice but in my opinion,I liked the Empress lobby better. this hotel also has good insulation because we couldn't hear all the crazy noises outside sothat was pretty nice. All the staff here are sweet, kind, and friendly. They made me feel at home. The location is phenomenal!Next to the Parliament building and across from the ferry! It was our anniversary weekend! We inquired about an upgrade for our room. The male attendant behind the desk was so kind and... showed us potential rooms they had available for my partner and I to upgrade too. We decided to take one and we?re offered adecreased upgrade fee. Room was spacious, bed was comfy and view was unbeatable! The walkability of this hotel to downtown,waterfront etc. is unbeatable. Comfortable room, fantastic location. Front desk staff was professional but not particular friendly or attentive. Hotel has... bikes that can be checked out by guests - it is a great way to explore Victoria. Rooms facing away from the Harbour will heartour buses pulling up and using their compression brakes early in the morning - just an FYI if you are a light and late sleeper. Read more

Was very happy with this hotel. Super clean. Room was very nice and comfortable. Front desk staff were great and cafe had great... options. Location was perfect. Across the street from the ferry terminal and right in the middle of the waterfront area. Wouldabsolutely stay here again. Read more

This hotel exceeded all expectations! We went for our anniversary, and we were blown away. Perfect location for walking... everywhere, especially from clipper ferry. We had the Victoria suite, and it was well worth it. Stunning room, incrediblebathroom, the closed bedroom with French doors was so romantic and peaceful, slept very well in the bed. Patio had a BEAUTIFULview. Do NOT miss out on the pool/sauna/steam room/hot tub either. Breathtaking. We were so happy and We will absolutely beback! Read more
