Usually I bought mix nuts, vitamin E cream, eggs, bananas, island Cheese. Always good and nice environment to shop.

This is the most overpriced food store I know of. For example: Gardiene Fish Fillets max $4.99 anywhere else, $6.19 here and I... find this is typical of their prices. Definitely not really a health food store as they sell tons of processed products. Lasttime in, I was really put off by the attitude of the woman serving us at the deli. Not great as a store, but great if you always wanted to be a contestant on the The Price is Right. Personally I fall into the... second category and love the game of guessing the real price of items because the the signage is all wrong. The mystery is soexciting ?the beef is on sale?? Really? For how much? The world may never know. Also saw nuts marked with a ?may contain nuts?warning and was filled with conflicting emotions. Should I feel disappointed people are dumb enough for this sign to exist, orterrified that the nuts contain something more than, you know, nuts? Read more

Yummy healthy food. Sort of expensive. This place was a lifesaver when I went on an allergen-free diet as they had all sorts of... gluten, dairy, etc free things. The deli section is nice but sometimes the staff are slow getting to you. Also, the gluten freevegan coconut cupcakes taste like coconut soaked in sugar. They're disgustingly sweet and the icing tastes like nothing. Therest of the food is good! Read more
