Upon delivery, the driver shamed us for the tip or lack there of due to "a known website bug" that we had no idea about. Then it... turns out one of the pizzas was wrong. Called back to let them know they didn't offer a refund. Told us we could come and get areplacement at 9:00pm at night three hours after the initial order. Not that they would deliver a replacement, this order was adelivery. Wouldn't offer a refund. The "owner hung up on us twice. They said they were busy. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered delivery, 2 large pizzas. When they brought them one order was completely wrong... and one had ingredients not listed. When I called asking for a replacement of the completely wrong pizza, I was told I couldwait until 9pm for a new delivery or I could come pick up a replacement pizza. They couldn’t give me a refund on the wrongpizza and if I didn’t want the 9pm pizza or to come pick up a pizza there was nothing they could do. When I indicated mysurprise at these options they hung up the phone after putting me on hold. Will never order from them again. Read more
Do not order. The pizza is soggy and I asked for no olives (I am allergic) there was massive amounts on my pizza and when I... called the person I spoke to who said he was the OWNER said it's not his fault he didn't see the NO OLIVES and to top it offsaid HE DID NOT CARE.
