I was not impressed by their coffee. The lids on their takeout cups aren't the best quality, it came off twice and I spilled... coffee on myself. I won't be giving this place a second chance unfortunately. YMMV. Read more
When I worked close by, I went two or three times a day during week days. The coffee and food are delicious and the staff... friendly and efficient. I have also had several meetings catered by Steve and his staff - very good food and value. Read more

I love Serious Coffee and the baristas here are always so friendly. There is a manager/owner that is around a lot and sometimes... seems very hard on the staff, and I find it hard to witness. If he was a bit kinder to the staff it would be 5 stars for sure. Read more
