They have a pathetic understanding of what customer service is. Been going for years on Friday night because my elderly mother... likes going there. Well, tonight she finally had enough and so did I. Waitress/Manager, whatever her position is, was rude andsnarky. Parking can be troublesome at times. Especially, if they are just a little busy. However, the same grey Ford truck isalways parked right in front of the door. Show a little respect for your customers and have the employees park away from thefront door. Read more
