This is located inside the Victoria TX mall. A four star rating mostly because the cookies are so darn delicious, and their... custom cookie cakes are always amazing. The pretzel bites and drinks are also really good...but they don?t always have theirmenu ready made. However. Please be aware that they are often short staffed. Or have their associates working in stressful ornegative situations. Particularly on the pretzel maker side. They need more associates or to pay better so they can have afull staff. Very rude service! On my sons birthday he decided he wanted a cookie cake, so we went to try to purchase the cake and they... refused us. So we tried to purchase just random cookies and they completely ignored us and waited on every customer but us. It?sunreal that a company can treat someone like that. Went to get a cookie from this place a few weeks ago while on vacation from my family. I was completely appalled by the horrible... service here. Cookies? Great. Atmosphere? Great. The workers? Horrible. I overheard them making racial comments about blackpeople behind the desk as I waited for my cookie, which was extremely upsetting considering I have people of color in my family.The food was fine, but the attitude with these workers was awful.
