This location is a hit or miss. Please check under your pizza slice and see if it's cooked throughly. Busy location but accurate... time given when ordering. I would rather wait extra just to get my pizza cooked well. Read more
Ordered online today. When we arrived the portal slot was empty and cashier said there was no order. We figured it was not ready... yet so waited. After 15min or so we asked the cashier again and they claimed there was no order. We showed the employees theemail conformation. The manager (see photo) claimed we had already picked up the pizza?s which was not true. We asked her toreview her cameras and she said in a blunt tone ?No, I don?t have to?. She refused to offer a solution to the missing orderother than to talk to her employees about us as if we were pizza thief?s. We felt totally violated as she accused us of stealingour own pizza order. I?m sorry but $20 worth of pizza is not worth a felony Ma?am. Once we said we were going to start recordingthe incident she said she would refund us but we had to leave the store and we are not allowed to return. We asked her name andshe rudely said again ?I don?t have to give you it?. I?m sorry but she poor managerial skills. Drove down to the location onBear Vally and picked up and order with no issues. This is by far the WORST place to shop period. If I can leave zero stars I would. 1 star is too many for this joke of service.... Truthfully the Pizza was terrible. It truly is disappointing to see employees not caring for they?re jobs and hurting the brand.Never ever ever coming back here. And for the price increase. Can't seem to EVER get a pizza here, they say Hot N ready but no matter what time I get there I'm told it will be 10 to 20 min.... 4 times I've stopped in over 3 months, coming home from work,ball game, shopping, your pizza is only a 2nd thought because it'ssaposto be convenient.....102 degrees....I'll make a frozen pizza at home in the oven... forget this place Read more
