I hadn't been to this Subway in a while. However, I went because the other subway shop across the street closes at 8 pm. now. ... This Subway was very clean, and the employee who served me was very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra black olives, andhe added those with no complaints. He added the perfect amounts of everything to my liking, and my sandwich came out perfect! Even though I was there right before closing, all the food was very fresh! What terrible customer service! Waited in line more than 30 minutes for one sandwich. There was a massive line of 10 people and... 1 person for the line and 1 person for online orders. No sorry for the long wait or anything. Everyone in line looked veryfrustrated already. The man making the sandwiches looked like he could care less, as he was taking his time going very slow.You need more help! Read more
