I?m going to share my experience because I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received , and to top it off... when I got home I had food missing! I?ve been to this place before and for the most part the food is good , I stopped by fordinner yesterday , I did take out and the girl helping me was extremely rude and had very little customer service experience, Iordered my food, when I paid for my food i was charged for an extra meal that I didn?t order , I told the girl she over chargedme but, she refused to refund me, mind you it was their mistake, I didn?t want to argue so I just paid for food I didn?t order,when I asked for ranch she told me it wasn?t free! I just bought 6 meals including one I didn?t order, I was so mad, but paid $3dollars extra for ranch, and yes ladies and gentlemen when I got home my ranch was missing! I've been here a few times and every time I have been here the food was always great. Plus the customer service has always been... good. I always enjoy the onion rings because you get so many she they are always delicious and they have really good burritos aswell. The shrimp dinner plate is delicious and you get a lot with it.
