Plain and simple if you don?t have the staff to run the store, then you should probably close for the day. When I came here 3... months ago, I had some issues with the donuts being wrong as in a blueberry donut with strawberry icing wrong but they were ableto take care of it with no problem. Today, I am waiting 30 plus minutes for sausage biscuits because they are frozen as theworker put it and ?have not started heating them up because they are understaffed.? This may be the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. They are always out of inventory. Have to change your order, give you large hot... cups when they?re out of the cold cups which robs you of roughly 8oz of your drink, their lines take forever, and they arealways understaffed. I would recommend s?mores or buying a coffee from a gas station. Seriously, it?s that bad. Read more
