Employees are not attending to customers lately. They act as if they don't care about the customer. They don't have a buffet... thats appealing. I used to love KFC but its not what it used to be. My last visit my order was all wrong. Read more

Vidalia Ga KFC Awful service Spent $25.48 Ordered 2 -$5.00 meals advertised of 1thigh and 1 leg. Ordered #5 which was 5 wing... meal. I paid and while waiting I looked at receipt because I thought it was high. They had charged 6.00 instead of 5.00 formeals. Also rang up a 11.49 Chicken tender meal instead of wing meal. I asked them to correct the order and ticket. I was toldthey couldn?t do it but would give me some extra sides or extra wings. I had no choice but to choose an option. Choice extrawings. When got home, gave extra wings but not side for the wing meal. My Mt Dew had no soda only the carbonation taste/gas they use in the drink. All the employees could be heard fussing about how busy they had been and they only had 3 hours and somany minutes before they could shut the doors. Read more
