What a shame, great history with this chain, mostly in CA. Dined at the laurel MD property today. While the service was OK, the... food was terrible. Were it not for the fact that we were in a hurry, and it took too long to be served the terrible food, wewould have sent it all back. Tomato bisque soup, very tasty but COLD, grilled ham and cheese... not grilled, cheese was notmelted and also cold. The accompanying fries... you guessed it..COLD. Sorry, not acceptable, especially when we the first one`sthere and it really wasn't that busy. Again, what a shame the impact of one visit males on the likelihood of dinning with youagain. As for the response, I would think "what can be done to make the experience better" is self evident. Serve freshlyprepared food! If it's prepared hot, serve it while it's hot, if it's supposed to be grilled... grill it and serve it hot. Whilethe facility and atmosphere is great, we're there for the food. Read more
We were looking forward to dine here but didn’t have the best experience. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took... the kitchen 45 mins to get our food out to the table. The service was so slow. There was a soccer game playing at the bar ( allthe servers were there watching the game instead) And the pizza came out wrong - It had close to no sauce. Barely had any of thetoppings and cheese. Felt like all we ate was dough (definitely uncooked as well) . The rest of the food was cold. To finish itoff I gave the server my information and my points haven’t been added to my account yet. I don’t think he evening punched inmy information for me to get my credits. Great Friday night dinner! First time at BJ's in Tysons. Dinner was delicious... queso dip for an app, Prime Rib, and the... Enlightened Pacific Poke Soba Noodles for our entrée. Exceptional service.. Sarah P did a great job. Read more
Josh was a great waiter. Slow Cook night is unbeatable! $20 full rack of ribs 2 sides and dessert. Wow! Great food.

Visited BJs in October 2022 - read the pizza put them on the map so naturally had to try it out since we love deep dish pizza.... We were definitely not disappointed but just a note to pizza lovers - if you like A LOT of toppings ask for a few extra minutescook time since the pans are deep and a lot of Ingredients will affect cook time. Overall experience was pleasant - but don’tbother with the queso dip (it’s not hot) and not special about it. We had a flight of beer which was better than ordering andcommitting to full glasses IF you prefer tasting a little bit of everything. Ambiance was good and not overly noisy, restauranthas high ceilings and a pretty bar with lots of TVs - decent little spot. Read more
