Very dissapointed. I used to get 2 meals from your Fettuccini dish. Now I don't even get full with the one small amount you... give. If you must weigh your dishes, please raise the weight on your pasta. Pasta is very cheap compared to meat dishes. Italian dishes are supposed to be Abbondanza!!! This is the 1st time we've ordered deep dish pizza from here. The thin crust has been amazing when we've had it and the deep... dish didn't disappoint. One of my sons ordered a meatball sub with mozzarella. His complaint was that it was too big to eat itall. Definitely a win. Food was ready and hot when I arrived. Read more
Honestly kind of taken back by the service or lack there of - especially having worked at a pizza place myself back in the day.... My husband accidentally selected pineapple instead of pepperoni so I called to see if we could change it - well it was alreadyin the oven so too late (understandable) so I asked since it was an honest mistake could you make a new one the way we intended.Best they could offer was $5 off. Now I get the business aspect of it, but if someone genuinely messed up why not fix it. Theamount of money lost over one pizza vs. ruining a customer relationship and thus loss of returning service is nothing incomparison. Extremely disappointed. Worst experience ever! Need a refund!
