We came to Crust & Krumbs of the recommendation of many friends however we will never go there again. We placed an order... sometime before the end of September for 100 donuts which was taken with no problem, very simple process. We placed this orderfor a November 4th pick-up because we wanted the donuts for our wedding. Fast forward to today, November 2nd, and we receive acall that they CANNOT MAKE OUR ORDER! What upset me the most was the fact they called so late, now we cannot get another bakeryto fulfill our order before our wedding. What upsets me the most is that they took til the last second to let us know ?terrible customer etiquette. Save time and go somewhere else! Read more
