My husband did a quick run to dunkin this morning. Ive doordashed from here several times and this time was my last, several times theyve messed up my order. Last time I will ever buy from Dunkin. My and wife ordered 2 coffees and 25 munchkins. Will waiting to pay we decided to add... something at the window. When doing so the cashier rolled her eyes and yelled back to make the rest of the order. I asked if weneeded to pull up and she just walked away. She had us half the order no straws and then we just awkwardly waited for the bagelbites. The other cashier gave us the missing drink and bagel bites and straws. Everything was awful and tasted off. My Carmelcappuccino tasted smelled like and ashtray and tasted like 2 day burnt coffee. My wife's punkpkin frozen coffee had hardly anyflavoring and just tasted like burnt frozen coffee. The donuts were nasty and hard very few were edible and my bagel bites wereall burnt. The outside was hard as a rock on all but 1 and that was the least burnt one. Tried to call the store with providednumber to complain and couldn't we were sent to a Verizon voice-mail. Overall customer service sucked and food sucked and coffeesucked. Read more
