Couldn't tell you about atmosphere windows are covered. I only got hush puppies which were cold and doufhie in the middle.... Coleslaw was fresh but I think recipe changed. Fries were not even warm. After waiting 13 minutes in drive thru there is noexcuse for cold food regardless of what is ordered. Cashier was very nice Read more
They absolutely nailed our pickup order through Door Dash. We got every sauce, straw, utensil and all the food we ordered... perfectly. It was fresh and it was hot and the lady at the pickup window was just sweet as can be! Read more
The service was horrible they forgot some my order. When I call it back to talk to someone they're very rude and hung up on me.... I did not go to long John silver's very much and this time it was very very disappointing they have really gotten really worseover the years. Read more
The only thing I would recommend to make it better for people who are planning to go through the drive-thru is for a sign to be... put on the corner at the red light to make aware you have to turn at the light to enter the parking lot for the drive-thru. Youcan't enter after going through the traffic light because it is exit only. The food is great and the clerk was polite. Read more
