Rewards app allows you to track deals on a daily basis and view how many points you've earned towards cash back in the store orat the pump. Best perks: every sixth coffee is free, every tenth large pizza is free, Rewards Weeks (every day somethingdifferent is free, could be a free donut, a free cookie, a free energy drink, etc.), the menu is always updating with seasonaloptions, and the cash back comes fast. The Casey?s in Virginia, IL is terrible. I only rated it a 1 because there wasn?t a 0. The food is terribly overpriced for... what you get and the girl working the cash register at 2:30 is even worse. I?m not that that familiar with how to get pointsfor your purchase so after I paid almost $10 for a chicken sandwich, potato cheese bites, and a Coke freeze, I asked how you getyour points added, and she flatly stated ?You have to do that before you pay!? She didn?t even bother to try to help me eventhough I know she could have added the points to my account. Hasn?t been the first time that I?ve had extremely bad service ata Casey?s, so they can stick their points and I?ll never spend another penny there! Read more
I've been going to this location for several months now and the staff is always helpful and store is very clean and organized.... Today's visit was the best, I was wanting a breakfast sandwich but it was 11 and they were getting ready to serve lunch, thelady behind counter, her name's Cindy, offered to make me one, and thanks to Cindy I got to have breakfast this morning.
