Okay, so BK is hit or miss, they take forever to complete and order and make sure to check. We asked for jalapeño burger and... got a cheese burger. Also the fry were cold as ice. So when you see the commercials with all the amazingly delicious burgers,just know you will not be getting anything remotely like what you have seen. This location tries however they are so short stuff they do not care about customer service... I think the most annoying thing... is having to ask Burger King to add cheese they should just ask us to ask to take it off because they're going to remind us toask for cheese it's assumed to come with cheese, and the employees never remember to ask us because they're so short stoppedthey're trying to juggle too many jobs at once so they can't focus on customer service... Do NOT come here at night, my reasoning for that is because they either give you a pre-made cold order OR find the quickest way... to get you your food. The quickest way to get you your food sounds like a good thing but in this case, IT'S NOT SO MUCH. If youorder at night, there's a 70% chance you will be missing something. I am not going to say that I hate the place but I justwanted to inform about why you shouldn't come here at night. Now if you're really hungry you do you, the foods good but chancesyou get cold food or an unfinished order because they just wanna wrap it up and go the heck home. This place IS STRAIGHT TRASH. I LOVE Burger King. This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! They are NEVER OPEN. It?s supposed to... close at 10. They are usually shut down by 7. And have all their lights on. Making it seem as if they see open, but they aren?t.It lets you order on the app so I spent $29 on food. Went to pick it up, and CANT!
