I came through chick fil a yesterday on 10/17 and I was highly disturbed to see that they had a poor girl outside in the pouring... rain and not to mention it was thundering and lightning as well. I can?t believe that chick fil a allows their employees tostand out during a thunder storm when their could have been another way for us to receive our food instead of having someone outin the rain during a thunderstorm!!! Listen! It was a rough morning so I need some Chic-fil-A to cheer me up. I got a two for one deal today. Not only was the food... fresh but the customer service was amazing!! I went to the drive thru for lunch. Jada rolled her eyes, approached my car and took my order; 2 basic meals, nothing special.... She had an attitude and struggled to comprehend my order. I repeated it back , she said okay, but she didn?t confirm it. When Igot to the window the young boy was sipping, chatting, and looking uninterested in his job. When I got home and fully opened mymeal I realized there was no top bun to my sandwich and I was missing the fries for my second meal. I called the location andwas able to get a ?replacement meal?, so we?ll see how that works in the future. Still very disappointed, I?ve had nothing butgood things to say about the other locations. I have given this Chick-fil-A chance after chance after chance and EVERY time I come to this one there?s a problem! Their... employees don?t take your order correctly and then you have to pay after the fact. There will be NOONE in line but yet I stillhave to wait 5-10 minutes for my food! I had to wait 10 minutes because they had to make hash browns but yet they were clearlyrefryed and were cold! I will no longer be going to this Chick-fil-A and will be taking my business the one on the boulevard. Read more
