This is the first time I ordered online it was ok. I ordered extra everything, and got triple rice and that?s where the extra... ends. Not much vegetables, meat, or sour cream. The only reason I gave two stars was because the bowl was very full, but thebad thing is mostly rice. :( Read more
The best location I have been to in a long time! The staff was friendly and actually gave full scoops of ingredients, it was... awesome! Also, the ingredients that should be hot actually were! I have noticed for at least the last 2 years when ordering-from the time it takes to scoop the food to when I sit down to eat, the food is luke warm/cold which is very annoying! I normally don?t have time to mess with this but this location is horrible. They?re always out of something. Credit card machine... is down. Grumpy staff. Brown or orange lettuce. Never any vinaigrette if you order a salad and if they do have vinaigrette thereis only enough to cover the bottom of the cup. EVERY time. Also, it?s a FILTHY location. This location is lacking severly in quality, cleanliness, and customer service. There is one person that conducts themselves in... a manner that is befitting a well trained, and efficient restaurant employee. The staff did not provide a kind greeting and werevery put off when I was in the process of ordering. I did not know that the quesadillas that are ordered in the restaurant werereduced in size and that the large sized tortillas were for online orders only. The manner in which I was told this was veryabrupt and borderline rude. The meats on the line were not freshly made, the garnishments seemed of poor quality. The paymentkiosk has been degraded for weeks and the eating area was slimey and not properly cleaned, espcially to todays standards inregards to COVID. I will not eat here nor order from here again. We got there at 8:26 and ordered our food, they started breaking down the line during making our meal. All the food was... exposed to the water underneath. Tried to order some chips I was told they were for customers that order online Then I wastold if I wanted some I could just use my ap and pay for them. No how about take care of the customer that is here now? Thento top it off my girlfriend got food poisoning from her meal. I called the corporate office and received a call back from Dawnor Donell.
