I don?t know where these good reviews are coming from for this location. Almost my entire order was wrong the other day. And... whoever was working Sunday 11/6/22 around 12pm made the saddest looking subs I have ever seen. No love or joy in what they aredoing for work. Please leave and move onto to a better fit for your life, leave the job for someone who really needs or wantsit. Turkey sub had one onion slice. ONE. My Italian sub had no Italian dressing and they left off a requested item . My steakand cheese order was wrong. No peppers, keep onions. They reversed this etc. I?m totally disappointed. Look at these photos. It looks like subs from a cafeteria lunch. WAWA, JJ, Jersey Mikes, Pot Belly, heck even Harris teeter, all make a bettersub. Y?all can do better. Read more

As someone who has been going to firehouse subs actively for the past 10 years, I?m in complete disbelief. Out of all the... Firehouse Sub locations I have been too, this is by far the worst one in the area! Unfortunately, this is the closest one to mebut I?d still rather drive 25 mins to get better food and service. The employees are kind and work hard but the manager/owner isrude and disrespectful to her guests. Lastly, the food here is very inconsistent compared to other locations. The bread ispoor, the meat taste old/ expired, the lettuce is brown, my cheese isn?t melted, the tomatoes look like they were stepped onwith a shoe, and the soda machine syrups are never filled so all the soda taste bad. On top of all the poor products they servehere, the portion sizes are as if we are dealing with limited rations. Hopefully the owner invests more into its own productthan the Audi Q5 parked in front of the restaurant. Such a shame to see a quality chain restaurant not care at all about theircustomers, employees and product. Gordon Ramsey couldn?t even fix this place unless it meant getting a new owner. Read more

Firehouse makes great subs. The quality of their product along with good customer service is why I prefer their subs over... others. This location does not live up to the Firehouse standard. I frequent this location, but the quality and customer servicehere have been going down and I would just rather not go back. About 2 weeks ago I stopped after work to get a steak and cheesesub. The meat tasted old and the entire sub was just dry and not edible. That meat should have never been there to put on thesub. The two young men working there really need to work on their customer service skills. They just seemed like they werebothered and didn't really care. I just wont go back to this location. Read more

My family and I love firehouse. We always go to the landstown location because it is close to home. But i went to this... location today and boy was i disappointed. I spent $45 in there and basically got bread. There was very little meat on any ofmy sandwiches - like maybe two slices. Definitely not worth the money at all! This is a sandwich shop there should be moremeat on sandwiches. I will most likely not come back to this location. Read more
