Choose anywhere else to go. I went here with my parents and 3 kids between our weekend events and I would never return. After... placing our order we were in the dining area waiting for our food to be prepared. Two employees began arguing and yelling ateach other. I am not sure, but I got the impression one was a manager, but I don't know for sure. It was so bad that I told mykids to move from the table we were at because I didn't know how far it would escalate. The back door is locked, by the way, soour only way out would be the front door where the screaming is happening. I have never, ever, experienced this at a business.(I hope the owner reads this because this location needs an overhaul. These employees will ruin your business). Then of course,our order is wrong. The woman in the black top (I'm assuming manager) was extremely rude about getting our order fixed. Theattitude was unbelievable. This is a very toxic environment. Do NOT take your family here. This location is terrible. I usually just want a double cheeseburger, and I usually have to wait on it at least 10 or 15... minutes. They've also screwed that order up 3 times. I've pulled out of line and left a few times due to waiting so long on asimple double cheeseburger, and they seem to be getting worse. Recently, someone went with me. We wanted 2 double cheeseburgersand a small fry. They kept putting 2 of each on the screen, so I left. I felt bad for my friend, so I went back and ordered justhis. After that was confirmed, I asked for a 2nd double cheeseburger. They couldn't get it right. One double cheeseburger istheir absolute limit. August 20, 2022 Came here at 7:00 am to get two hot cakes with bacon. In drive through I paid an extra $2.00 for extra syrup.... Sadly, she only put two in the bag. Drove back to get in line. Instead of a simple, ?sorry I forgot them.? I get yelled at andargued with. You?d think a woman in her 50?s, would be at the maturity level. Horrible service, never coming again. It's McDonald's. The bar isn't very high, but this one was barely ok. Probably short staffed, which is today's excuse... everywhere, right? The ordering kiosk didn't work and the counter "lady" was pretty snippy. Food was fine for a quick meal,although not really that quick. Read more
