They got my order wrong, and refused to fix it. Talked to 2 managers last night , Sam and Sal, and was told the GM , John, had... been their and knew of my complaint and they hung up on me. I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas and when I got home found out they gave me a cheese pizza. Apparently the computer messed... up and said I ordered a cheese pizza. The deal itself was for two large one topping pizzas, which I paid for, so I called themback. The manager accused me of lying, he was so rude, and was so belligerent towards me that it was disgusting. Eventually, Ilost my cool saying something I should not have, but I have never been treated so badly by a manager. So I called Papa Johnscorp and made a complaint. AWFUL SERVICE. Very disappointed. I have been coming to this location for about 6 years and I never left unsatisfied until this situation . I... ordered two large pizzas for a family night at my house. When arriving, I was greeted, cool cool. Then when I got my pizza's thecashier just handed them to me. Normally, they show the pizza to make sure it was . . what we ordered, but not this time. As Iwas opening the boxes, I asked for Parmesan cheese. Let me remind you that I ordered TWO large pizzas. TWO. . and she gave meTWO parmesan packets. . for a family. HAHA. I asked for another one and she gave me an attitude and handed me ONE more. HAHA. Icontacted Papa Johns and they said that "they have a packet limit" But what makes it . . a bad situation is that the employerdid not explain it.
