After attending events at Virginia Beach National Golf Club over the years it?s time to weigh in on their restaurant. The... Signature Grille is open to the public. The parking area in front of the main building should be adequate. The area on eachvisit has been tidy and no more than a stray golf ball occasionally found. The landscaping nice. A few words about the publiccourse. It?s a premier Pete Dye design w/ assistance from Tour Pro Curtis Strange. The exterior of the main building is lookingaged and I have seen some areas that are in need of power wash, paint and even wood replacement. The Signature Grille has beenjust ok on my few breakfast visits and one lunch. The dining room is very nice and seems formal with its dark wood and linentable cloths. They have a small bar and adjoining area with TV?s. Service a bit above average, but absent at times when slow.The food items such as omelettes average, to below. Sandwich for lunch ok. Pricing fantastic! In the mornings I typically findthe dining room dead for weekday breakfast. The business they receive in the morning is from gofers grab and go window. Ipersonally would not go out of my way for a breakfast alone. The lunch specials I would however. They also offer dinner specialswhich I have yet to try. Let me just say I was very disappointed in this place. I took my family for Sunday brunch bc it was recommended for me to try it... from A client of mine. The service was horrible. Our waitress seemed snobby and wanted us out quickly. She never offered highchairs for any of the children we had with us, also charged my 2 year old daughter Full price. The food wasn?t the best aswell. I will not return nor will I recommend. I felt horrible taking my family there as we were celebrating a birthday. Read more
I bought a group of friends for breakfast on Sunday. I admit I haven't been to SUnday brunch for a while in the past I enjoyed... the brunch . For a price of 1299 for brunch I think you should not be serving Jimmy Dean sausage and process bacon for thatprice . Read more
The Signature Grille food is ALL wonderfully and carefully prepared. And prepared to order with the attention to all details.... The food is top notch quality delicousness! We had the Ruben and Signature Hamburger. The hamburger was cooked and spicedperfectly. And the Ruben, oh my, the best ever! It melted in my mouth, was crunchy, and juicy, and so yummy! Just perfect!
