Employee Rachel offered great customer service. Oreo milkshake was a bit low with Oreos she took care of us quickly
Sonic is usually on point, infact in the past year it has become my favorite burger joint. This sonic today was not terrible,... but it definitely was NOT good. The burger I ordered was burnt, dry, had old lettuce on it, and barely any mayo which reallymade it dryer. It didn't taste right, and it was a $12 meal. The fries didn't have any salt on them, and I got no straw for mydrink. Read more
Ordered 3 ice cream cones and whatever their version of a blizzard is. Waited for 15 mins while everyone else behind us got... their food. Finally went up to the window and had to tell them we were waiting. They go in to make it but are touching money,scratching their head and then touching our cones.....asked for our money back.
