My visit yesterday at the Holland Plaza location was extremely unpleasant. After patronizing this location for several years I... was told that the owner refused to honor the Subway offer of a free sandwich from their new menu. He refused to even speak tome. I will never spend a dime of my money again at his location and will now go to the Subway up the road in the KrogerMarketplace shopping center with friendly employees that honored the Subway offer !!!
