Delicious salads and sandwiches, and great options for sides, drinks, desserts, etc. Decent selection of wines though I've never... bothered to buy any myself. PSA? after frequenting an overpriced sandwich shop that overall, was worth the price, it has come to my attention that you will... need a metal detector, a tetanus shot and a friend who knows the Heimlich maneuver to safely consume their food. I discovered Taste (many, many, many years ago) and became a follower of everything they made and sell?. OMG, breads and cheeses... and charcuterie?s and fruits and wine? salud!!!! We stop by and grab few things on a basket (don?t forget a blanket) and drivedown to the beach and have a lovely picnic with my hubby? and that?s what I love from Taste? they love for everything?s food,delicious food. Taste is a convenient pit stop off the road with yummy sandwiches and a unique building that feels barn-inspired. There is a ton... of outdoor seating, but It was a bit smelly outside so we ate on the second floor which gave us a good view of all the beer,wine and snacks for sale. The sandwiches were delicious ( we had the Virginian and chicken salad), thought they were a bit onthe pricey side. Would highly recommend stopping in for lunch! Read more
