Great sandwich and outstanding customer service. Visited 8/31 around 1pm, the two ladies working were so friendly!
They never toast your bagel. I have been to other locations and have not had a problem but this one just never toasts your... bagel. I fly out of NOR a bunch and normally grab a bagel just before getting on a plane. I ask everytime for a toasted bageland if I don't check before leaving (then make them redo the order,) I end up with a refrigerate bagel on a plane. Highlyunsatisfying. Read more

Their bagels are tasty enough but I would prefer a toasted bagel rather than microwaved. IMO, ordering a bagel with cream... cheese is average, not enough cream cheese and no crunch to the bagel. That being said, I really like their sunrisebreakfast bagel sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon The bacon has surprisingly flavorful smoky tones and I don't miss thetoasted texture at all in this sandwich.
