Lovely place and Christmas decorations. Serving tables were set in various locations so there were no long lines getting... served. Entry was well organized with each group getting a table no. card upon entering. There was a very varied large entreetable set up with a large assortment of foods. Parking was convenient especially considering there was a large number of guests. Read more

I have been eating here for the last two weeks while staying at the hotel. I would give the restaurant one out of five stars but... I do feel that they deserve the extra star for How beautiful the property is. The wait staff is sweet but Service is very poor.Today I had one of the staff members make fun of me publicly on the dining room floor in front of other people. I find thisappalling and cannot recommend anybody come to this restaurant. This is completely inappropriate behavior. Also they quicklybecome overrun if it is even remotely busy. The Buffet area is left completely demolished and filthy dirty no matter the amountof clients in the restaurant I?m not sure if that?s a lack of staff or poor training. To the staff that is nice you guys rock.Swan Terrace!! You need to take a look at your staff And training policies. Went for a small social event with 25+ friends. Buffet style dinner with three proteins. All sides were delicious. The beef and... chicken were overcooked and tough for my liking.
