Help me identify what I'm eating...???? It's all the same color and same texture, and it was all cooked yesterday and reheated... today. Uhm, yes I went to culinary school. I'm seriously embarrassed for the servers. I'll post pictures if possible for thispost. I definitely won't be coming back. Everything is soaking up some kind of juice or liquid.
