It's not often I put this much of a negative review, if it's not worth your time I'll give it a "naw don't go" I've tried many... times over to see if was a fluke but no so let me begin. Being a Mexican Arabic born in Hanford California I was azed at how Iwas looked down upon south of the border, I'm not sure if the se applys here. None the less every time I've ordered foodsomething was wrong,maybe my poor Spanish or I offended the cooks some way or another. I will never shop here again, thismorning I purchased a burrito with no beans,half chicharon and half buche. My burrito had 90% rice, and four pieces ofchicharon, my orders have never been correct not something I will put myself through again. The service was very bad today. I was on my lunch and barely has anytime to eat my food. I was waiting for my food ...he had my... Tortilla ready but ran out of Beans and I waited awhile before I got my Burrito. I just ordered a Beans & Rice Burrito and hehad to wait til he got a whole new pan of beans. He couldn't get it. He had to tell someone else to get it. My Burrito wasn'teven that warm when I took it back to work so I could eat it. He had warmed up my Tortilla and put it on the paper on thecounter to put my stuff in it and had to wait for the beans. I should have went to McDonald's. Read more

I love Vallarta but I guess because I'm white are people assuming by the color of my skin I get treated rude. Not all staff but... yes it's a problem. Yesterday the lady in the meat section didn't even tie my meat up. Waste of meat that same lady also triedto touch my meat after touching the trash. I told her you need to change your gloves that's just nasty. She was not happy. Maybeshe doesn't like her job but I spend a lot of money to not get fair service. Read more

The store is great for shopping in all but I went in earlier to get my ballons filled and I kept getting the run around oh I... can't leave my work area. My manager is on break. Then when the manager showed up 20 minutes later she was like have one of theother guys do it...I'm like are you serious! I've been waiting patiently so I left. All cashiers should be able to blow upballoons not just one person. I never liked this store because of the rude workers and bad customer service. You guys need toseriously work on customer service.
