The last two times I went to the plaza location were disappointing. Once I drove there for a strawberry frosty and they said the... machine was broke. Yesterday I tried again and ordered a baked potato at 1:00 pm sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and when Igot to the window they said they were out of baked potatoes. Didn't know the employees only served drive thru. There was one car in Drive thru no one in Dine in and my family and I stood... there waiting to be acknowledged. Employees didn't bother to mention we could order on the screens or anything. So we walkedout. Very sad to think they have a hiring sign up but not one employee came over to at least let us know we had to order on theorder boards they have. Very poor management if they were even there. It was the first and last time going to that Wendy's. Ihope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Wendy's on Plaza Drive before the freeway DO BETTER! Read more
