Great food but the restaurant needs to be updated. Not much on atmosphere. The dining room is really dated. Service was... exceptional. I wish I would've gotten our servers name. She was really friendly and helpful. Other than that we LOVE MAMA nPAPAS!! Read more
My boyfriend and I ordered take out, so can't comment on service necessarily but order took 30-40 minutes. Have to say we were... impressed with the food. (We even drove back to Fallbrook.) We shared the mama and papa special. Very filling. Ranch and breadwas yummy! Will try again! Read more

Wonderful ambience, great music like Elvis and Frank Sinatra playing. My dad was super excited to hear their meatballs are the... size of baseballs. My chicken parmesab was out of this world. It definitely reminded my family and I of the Italian food wewould have back home in NJ. It's been so hard to find quality like that out here, in my opinion. They also had the old stylebills l, nothing electronic but hand written. It's the little things honestly. I will be returning to try more food on the menu. Read more
