Absolutely impeccable staff, the owner of the store is highly spoken of from her staff which brought me great joy. Will reconsider this location. Previous review: Been a while but the service hasdecreased 7x since I used to be here regularly... Fair warning for those considering a quick bite. Ordered two footlong Subswith a protein (1 steak, 1 bacon), egg and cheese for pickup. I arrived home, bit into my steak sub and noticed a lack of egg..and toast on the edges... And as I ate, a lack of cheese.. and freshness. The other sub sadly was the same, with many missingingredients. When I picked it up they said nothing about my missing ingredients, or maybe a broken toaster. My number is on thereceipt.. they did not reach out while making it either. No one was was there in the shop when I arrived, it wasn't busy... Nosubs were being made. I can't see a good reason my subs were missing 2/3 of the ingredients in it's name... Let alone the restof the order. And management didn't seem to care to reach out either (I sure did). With no explanation from anyone, I don't wishto return here. Their attitude and care is clear.
