First of all this place has great sushi. But it really just depends on who?s making it and the workers who are serving you. When... we first got here we had to seat ourselves because we were waiting for 15 minutes to get a table and there were clearly 3 cleantables. Then when we got our miso soups THEY WERE ALL WATER! Tasted like pure water with barley and flavor. Tasted terrible. Weasked for another one but we never received it. On top of that the sushi did not taste fresh at all. It tasted very bland. Came here on a Groupon coupon my wife got, we did not expect the lunch menu to be so good. The Sashimi platter was great, every... cut of fish was done perfectly. The two rolls we got were very good as well with the Spider Roll taking the prize especially theend roll with the extra soft shell crab legs. Service was great, and the music was good to boot. Definitely coming back hereand suggest anyone looking for a sushi fix to come and enjoy. Will take more photos and update this next time. Read more
We only picked this place b/c We had a gift card... I hadn't heard of this place otherwise. We went in at 845 (hrs online say... close at 9:30), staff seemed slightly annoyed. There weren't ANY other customers when we got there. On the menu it says one pageof rolls was 50% off. They tried to tell me that didn't apply with my to-go order. I was told because it would be "soggy by thetime we got home" I responded with "I guess that's my problem, correct? What does that have to do with if I get the discount ornot?" They allowed us to get the 50% off at that point. They were done making our food in about 10 mins, we spent 75$ on food +5$ tonboth chefs and the host guy. I felt like one of the chefs looked at the amount of a tip as a joke or not enough...:/ There were a few rolls that were pretty good (scorpion, a roll with cream cheese and a jalapeno slice on top, and thecrunchy roll.) One roll that has spicy tuna inside and some fish on top was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Out of 6 people that triedit, no one enjoyed it! 3 of the 6 spit it out, or felt sick after trying it! Redeemed x2 Tonight we were served by Katie and she was over the top awesome! We were celebrating our 31st anniversary and she... gave that extra special ?? to us! Thanks for your wonderful service and the food was incredible No more Horrible service???? #wilinwithwiley Wow this was currently running for 1st as worst dining experience in a decade! So we came here our 1st timeon my birthday last year! Then again on our anniversary. Both times were amazing. Tonight was sickening and disturbing. So wearrived at 7 and ordered immediately because we knew what we wanted before arriving. We were given Styrofoam cups while allother patrons received glass glassware. Even after requesting glass, we were denied yet the next patrons received it. We waitedover an hour as others were served around us and finally when a couple arriving 30 minutes after us received items we orderedand did not receive we left I am so disappointed that this great place has declined to be so disappointing ????So that wasobviously a bad server but we have gone back twice and had an excellent experience. #exploringmyworld #wilinwithwiley Valentinaour server was incredible and provided amazing service.
