Are you kidding me with this place? 310s has got to be the best southern food in the world!! The brisket is melt in your mouth... good, and the gumbo was so layered and flavorful... Not too salty not too spicy, just right. I can?t say enough about thisplace. Hands down delicious from the Mac n cheese to the chicken n waffles it was all perfect. Their food is always amazingly delicious no... matter what you order, and the service is both friendly and professional. Tony communicated with me throughout the process andwent with whatever I needed, even when we had to delay the wedding due to COVID. Absolutely delicious! I had the 2 meat plate w/ brisket, chicken, mac&cheese, and coleslaw. The brisket was tender and smoked to... perfection!!! My husband had the brisket & ribs, which he loved. 310 Kitchen does the darn thang!! Read more
